Neuropuncture Workshops Southern Hemisphere

The pricing of Pantheon devices in the Southern hemisphere include both international and local shipping and customs costs. Prices are subject to change. 

The most common problem we encounter is a low battery. Make sure the battery is good. You can change the battery or use the battery check function on the mode switch. Turn the mode switch to BATT, if the red light is on and bright, the battery should be good.

The second most common problem is with the alligator clip leads. When these are bad or broken (in other words, not conducting electricity) the machine won’t seem to work. We provide a clip lead tester on all equipment for you to diagnose and check your clip leads. Turn the mode switch to BATT (the red light should be on). Insert the lead wire into the Clip Lead Tester. The light should go off. Connect the two alligator clips to each other. The light should go back on. To further test the integrity of the leads, manipulate the leads while the clips are still connected to each other. The light should stay on. Otherwise there may be a short in the lead wires and they should be replaced.

1. Practitioner Use Only
The Pantheon 12C Pro and 8C Pro electrostimulation devices are strictly for use by licensed healthcare practitioners. By purchasing these devices, you confirm that you are a qualified professional authorized to use electrostimulation equipment within your scope of practice. Neuromedtec reserves the right to verify professional credentials before processing orders.

2. Intended Use
These devices are designed for professional clinical use in:

• Neuropuncture

• Electroacupuncture

• Pain management

• Neurotherapy applications

• Musculoskeletal rehabilitation

They are not intended for general consumer use, and Neuromedtec is not responsible for misuse by unqualified individuals.

3. Legal Disclaimer

• The Pantheon 12C Pro and 8C Pro are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring the device is used in accordance with professional guidelines and applicable local regulations.

4. Contraindications & Safety Warnings
Do not use these devices on or near:

• Individuals with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or other electronic implants.

• Patients with seizure disorders, epilepsy, or a history of neurological instability.

• Pregnant patients, unless specifically advised by a licensed medical professional.

• Cancerous tumors or areas of unknown pathology.

• The anterior neck, eyes, or directly over the heart.

Practitioners must adhere to all provided safety guidelines and protocols.

5. International Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

• The Pantheon 12C Pro and 8C Pro devices are imported internationally, and delivery times may vary.

• While Neuromedtec strives to fulfill orders promptly, shipping times are subject to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and international logistics.

• Neuromedtec is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Returns: Due to the nature of medical devices, returns are only accepted for defective products. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• Warranty: Pantheon devices come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. If a device is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

  Warranty Limitations: The one-year warranty is void if the device is found to have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, accidents, or any cause other than manufacturer defect. Devices exhibiting such damage will not be eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

• No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases or failure to verify professional eligibility before ordering.

7. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before shipment of any device.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Neuromedtec reserves the right to decline transactions at our discretion, particularly if there are concerns regarding practitioner eligibility.

8. Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using the Pantheon 12C Pro or 8C Pro, you:

• Confirm that you are a licensed healthcare practitioner qualified to use electrostimulation devices.

• Accept full responsibility for the proper use, maintenance, and safety precautions of the device.

• Waive any claim against Neuropuncture NZ LTD (trading as Neuromedtec), its staff, and affiliates for injury, harm, or adverse effects resulting from use or misuse of the device.
