1. This Agreement is between you and Neuromedtec LTD and relates to your participation in our online therapy.
2. All references to “Neuromedtec”, “We”, or “Us” or “Our” are references to Neuromedtec LTD.
3. Users of Neuromedtec Online Therapy are referred to below as “members”, “participants”, or “you” or “I” as the context requires.
4. The following sets out the terms and conditions for use of the Neuromedtec website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, Zoom, GoToWebinar and the use of our online live-streamed or pre-recorded programs.
5. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and revise the content of the Digital Course, reschedule any bookings or to make other changes to the course content and program as reasonably required.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN NEUROMEDTEC ONLINE THERAPY
6. By participating in Neuromedtec Online Therapy or in discussions between us and you, or generally among Neuromedtec members, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:
a) Neuromedtec does not provide any warranties or guarantees as to any specific result from participation in the Medical Movement Therapy lessons.
b) While some general guidence or discussion may from time to time be provided within Neuromedtec Online Therapy on topics touching on professional health service areas, you accept that Neuromedtec and other members are not purporting to replace such services. Neuromedtec does not purport to endorse the comments or advice of other members or other participants, or its accuracy or completeness. Professional advice should be sought where necessary, in particular if you have physical disabilities or health conditions.
c) The Medical Movement Therapy provided by Neuromedtec follow many different practices. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a sufficient degree of fitness and physical capability to participate in these Medical Movement Therapy formats, and/or to seek professional advice from a medical professional or contact Neuromedtec if you are unsure.
d) If experiencing any unusual pain, discomfort, headaches, dizziness, nausea, or emotional instability during any Neuromedtec Medical Movement Therapy lessons, the participant should cease the practice and seek advice from a medical professional or contact Neuromedtec before continuing the lessons.
e) Neuromedtec will not be legally responsible for or bear any legal liability for any harm or injury suffered by any participant as a result of their participation in Neuromedtec Online Therapy and shall not accept any claim for compensation or reimbursement of medical costs associated with this.
f) To the extent any other legal claim is otherwise permitted by law and is established against us, our total liability in respect of all claims in connection with any services provided by Neuromedtec shall be limited to the total sum of any membership fees paid by you that relate to the cause of action established. You shall be bound by and observe the conditions and restrictions of use or sharing of Neuromedtec content and associated intellectual property as set out in Clauses 7-12.
g) During the sessions, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions.
h) Neuromedtec LTD programmes are a full course commitment. There are no cancellations or refunds during this time. If you use in house finance and should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access until your payments are up to date.
i) The clients/patients of Neuromedtec LTD understand that they will conduct themselves ethically throughout the programme. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, Neuromedtec LTD reserves the right to cancel your enrolment.
